Almost every where I go pastors indicate that one of the top two needs in the congregation is more and better leaders. Over the next few weeks I will be looking at some key components for developing a system for multiplying congregational leaders. The storyboard below gives an overview to get us started.

The pathway denoted below provides a process for identifying, growing, and multiplying leaders in the local congregation. Some will find their unique gifting and calling for ministry while others will discover the ability to become a leader of leaders. Practiced consistently, the pathway will provide a cycle of equipping and multiplying leaders to meet the challenges and opportunities of building the Church of the next generation.
