Dr. Phil Maynard serves as Director, Excellence in Ministry Coaching (www.emc3coaching.com) and Director, Coach Training for Leaders (www.empowercoaches.com). Before taking an early retirement to enter a full-time ministry of coaching, consulting, and training, Phil served as Director of Congregational Excellence for the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church.Phil is a Certified (ICF) and Endorsed (UMEA) Coach. He is the author of eight books and a wide variety of training guides. Dr. Larry Ousley is recently retired from his position as the Executive Director of the Intentional Growth Center (IGC). He is a life coach recognized through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) since 2010. Larry is also an Endorsed Life Coach by the United Methodist Endorsing Agency, a Certified Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), and is a faculty member and a mentor coach for Coach Training for Leaders. DR. JIM ROBEY
Dr. Jim Robey is a retired pastor and a Master Certified Coach, and an endorsed coach with the United Methodist Church. Jim is a renowned speaker, seminar leader, teacher, pastor, and coach with a profound commitment to helping others grow in their work and life. His ministry takes him across the United States and the world to work with a variety of church and non-profit groups. He is also working with new coaching partners in Ireland, England, Kenya, South Africa, and Swaziland to expand the impact of coaching for church and business leaders there. Eddie Pipkin has 30 years in ministry experience at churches in Georgia and Florida, primarily in the United Methodist Church. His ministry leadership includes stints in youth and children’s ministry, creative worship design, outreach and missions, communications, special event coordination, and leadership development. Amanda Landry has a lifetime of experience in the United Methodist Church. As a “preacher’s kid”, she worked several summers on the leadership team at a United Methodist Youth Camp in Florida. She went on to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and to teach and direct at a United Methodist Preschool. She resides in Jensen Beach, FL where her most recent ministry opportunity was as Director of Discipleship at a local UMC, before leaving that position to work full-time for EMC3 Coaching. firstname.lastname@example.org
Kelly is from Ohio. He has an undergraduate degree in education from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio and a Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. He has served as pastor in churches since 1995 in a variety of settings. Currently, he serves as the Director of Congregational Vitality for The East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. In this role Kelly, coaches, consults, leads workshops and helps start new ministries with clergy and laity. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has recently co-authored a book about developing church leaders titled “Church Ecology.” He is passionate about helping others discover how they can make a difference in this world.
I am Licensed and trained to teach and coach Phil Maynard’s Shift 2.0 material. I have experience coaching individuals and groups. I have completed my ACC certification and am closing in on my PCC!
I have 31 years experience as a UMC Elder.
My life mission is to ‘Help People Say YES to Jesus’.
On July 1, 2019 I retired from pastoral ministry to pursue a calling to work closer with other leaders especially church leaders.
I also currently serve as an Associate DS in the Northwest District of the Indiana Conference.
Marsha and I have 3 children (Christina, Klarisa and Jonathan) and 2 grandchildren (Jazmyn and Marlie)
Marsha and I also manage Randallane Inc. which is my family’s farm.

Wayne is a native of Virginia. He has served as a church planter, large multisite pastor and now as a District Superintendent of the United Methodist Church. He consults, coaches and leads clergy and laity in creating vitality in local churches. He leads workshops on church growth, leadership and discipleship. He is working toward his ACC coaching credentials with the International Coach Federation.
Rev. Jason C. Stanley is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church serving in Virginia and an ACC certified coach with the International Coaching Foundation. He is an experienced facilitator and has walked alongside churches and leaders through revitalization processes, including Discover the Possibilities. Jason lives with his family in Norfolk, Virginia.
