JOHN RANDALL

I am Licensed and trained to teach and coach Phil Maynard’s Shift 2.0 material. I have experience coaching individuals and groups. I have completed my ACC certification and am closing in on my PCC!

I have 31 years experience as a UMC Elder.
My life mission is to ‘Help People Say YES to Jesus’.

On July 1, 2019 I retired from pastoral ministry to pursue a calling to work closer with other leaders especially church leaders.
I also currently serve as an Associate DS in the Northwest District of the Indiana Conference.

Marsha and I have 3 children (Christina, Klarisa and Jonathan) and 2 grandchildren (Jazmyn and Marlie)
Marsha and I also manage Randallane Inc. which is my family’s farm.
