Congregational Consulting
Excellence in Ministry Coaching has a staff representing decades of experience in congregational development. Some have served on Conference Staff as Congregational Developers. Some are authors resourcing churches in congregational development. Some have specialty areas of expertise (e.g. worship design, building discipleship processes, new church planting).
